This includes confining access to our member's website solely to practitioners registered with us.

Privacy policy changes
• Asklepios CME will make every effort to notify you of the changes to our privacy policy.

Information we collect from unregistered visitors
Visitors to www.asklepios.com.au can access the website's home page, and browse some areas of the site, without disclosing any personally identifiable information.

However, only practitioners registered with us as users can gain access to the entire site.

Clinicians registering as members on our website are asked to provide us with identifying information such as:

• medical or board registration number
• state of registration

• No Third Party will have any access, at any time, to view members details or contact members. Any contact between Asklepios CME members and a Third Party will be conducted through the appropriate Asklepios CME personnel, or communication mediums proposed by Asklepios CME.

• Asklepios CME will use this information to personalise its offerings, services and communications to you.

We may generate aggregate data about activities on our website for internal CME product development and improvement activities. Aggregate data will be viewed by the education provider for the purposes of quality assurance and educational planning, and may be provided to the activity sponsor as feedback on their sponsorship.

In addition to aggregate information (discussed previously), we may share other kinds of information with third parties as described below.
Other companies: We may, as the need arises, contract with other companies and individuals to help us provide services. In order to perform their tasks, these other companies may have limited and temporary access to some of the personal information we maintain about our members.
We require all such companies to comply with the terms of our privacy policy, to limit their access to any personal information to the minimum necessary to perform their obligations, and not to use the information they may access for purposes other than fulfilling their responsibilities to us. Asklepios CME will make every effort to limit other companies' access in areas where personally identifiable information may be involved.
Legal requirements: We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is required to comply with law. Other than that Asklepios CME will comply with the Victorian health privacy bill and all other privacy legislation requirements.
When we share information with third parties, we require in writing that they consent to and abide by the Asklepios CME's privacy policy.
If we discover that a third party inadvertently disclosed personal information about any of our members, we will take immediate action to try and remedy any issues that may arise from such an event and to prevent further occurrences.

Respect for our members' confidentiality is always a priority. • requiring employees and others who have access to or are associated with processing your data to undergo internal and internet security training
• using security methods to determine the identity of its registered users, so that appropriate rights and restrictions can be enforced for that user (reliable verification of user identity is called authentication)
• using both a log-in username and passwords to authenticate users (members are responsible for maintaining their own passwords).
Storage of members’ information
The emphasis we place on the security of your details and personal privacy is further exemplified by the following safeguards.
• All information is downloaded to servers at the Asklepios CME data centre.
• We have a firewall to prevent individuals from accessing information without authorisation.
• Our data centre is physically secure and protected from unauthorised access by unauthorised persons.
• Physical access to the Asklepios CME server requires individual authorisation and authentication.
• Information in our data centres is backed up routinely, in order to aid in the recovery of information in the event of accidental damage of information or due to a natural disaster.
• The backup media is stored in a physically secure storage facility.
Amendments and access to information
In this section of our privacy policy, we tell you how to obtain and correct information we have about you, and how to choose what types of information you may share with us.
Correction of information we have about you
If you believe that registration information collected by our website is in error or outdated, you may edit your personal profile at any time. You can:
• directly edit your user profile on our www.asklepios.com.au website
• ask for your record to be deleted (this may result in your removal from the registry, however we may keep certain demographic information about you for product improvement purposes)
• contact Member Support and ask for the changes that you would like to be made on your behalf.
Access by Adrenalin Strategics Pty Ltd employees
• Adrenalin Strategics Pty Ltd employees are required to keep customer information private, as a condition of their employment with the company.
• Only selected, authorised Adrenalin Strategics Pty Ltd employees who have undergone internal and internet security training are permitted to access your information.
• Employees are also required to attend confidentiality/privacy training, and to sign a confidentiality agreement.
• All employees and contractors must abide by our privacy policy, and those who violate that policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their employment and legal action.
